Death Star Repro Foam

Since so much original foam from the original Death Star playsets deteriorated over time, it's become extremely hard to find.

Surprisingly enough, newly made replacement foam is just as hard to hunt down. I explained this interesting dilemma to my wife, and she told me these three things: 1) I should make my own repro foam. 2) I should make it available to other collectors. 3) I should go back to bed because it's 2am and she's not interested in discussing repro foam.
